GTCC program trains child care workforce, expands opportunities

GTCC is helping strengthen North Carolina’s child care workforce through a successful training program that prepares participants for careers in early childhood education. The free six-week academy gives students the opportunity to earn state accreditation, advance their skills, and enter the field debt-free. With strong community interest and growing participation, the program is making a positive impact for families, employers, and the future workforce.
