TriStar Astronomy Festival
This year's TriStar Regional Astronomy Festival features a full day of speakers, displays, and the chance to win prizes! There will be two morning talks and two afternoon talks in addition to lunch, solar observing, and more.
- 8:30 a.m.: Doors open
- 9:30 a.m.: Charlotte Wood, North Carolina A&T University, “Nancy Roman Space Telescope."
- 11 a.m.: Joe Heafner, "Imaging with Unistellar Telescope."
- 2 p.m.: Hank Corbett, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, "Argus Array."
- 3:30 p.m.: Doug Lively/Mike Keefe, NASA Solar System ambassadors, "Return to the Moon/Artemis Program."
