- Must be an early career professional with less than 10 years of experience.
- Must be able to teach in a transfer/general education or career-technical discipline taught at GTCC.
- Must be able to meet the established minimum requirements for a part-time teaching position at GTCC.
- Transfer courses require a Master’s degree in the discipline or a related field with 18+ graduate credit hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
- Career-technical minimum job requirements vary depending on the program.
- Applicants are encouraged to review current GTCC job postings for minimum requirements.
- Qualifications will be reviewed and verified upon receipt of your application.
- The application runs on a January (Spring) and June (Summer) acceptance schedule. Current application closes 7/6.
About the Program
The Faculty Fellows Program is a year-long professional development initiative designed for current and prospective faculty at GTCC. The program selects qualified candidates and offers comprehensive teaching experiences, along with mentorship from both faculty and peers. Participants also receive guidance at the departmental and institutional levels. The program is committed to promoting faculty excellence and enhancing student success through a supportive and collaborative academic environment.
