Jack Meeks will make meals with Puerto-Rican inspired flavors such as empanadas shown in this photo.
Jack Meeks, who is graduating this year from the culinary program at GTCC, will be the chef at Empanada Grill, which started as a food cart in 2021 that would frequent local events.
