A GTCC culinary student will lead the kitchen at new restaurant

Jack Meeks, who is graduating this year from the culinary program at GTCC, will be the chef at Empanada Grill, which started as a food cart in 2021 that would frequent local events.

The menu is born out of Puerto Rican-inspired flavors developed by one of the owners.
