Introduction to Windows 10 and OneDrive
This course is designed for individuals who desire a basic understanding of the features found in Windows 10 or higher. Students will be introduced to search tools, applications, files, settings, web browsing, and OneDrive storage. Microsoft Office 2019 for Intermediate
This course is a continuation to MS Office 2019 for Beginners. Students will continue to learn how to use OneDrive to share and collaborate as they develop business documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will also be introduced to Access to learn how a basic database works. Upon completion, participants should possess skills to create and manage a variety of documents in a business environment. PRE-REQUISITES/CO-REQUISITES REQUIRED: Basic knowledge of a computer, keyboard, web browsing, typing skills, and access to an email account. Microsoft Excel 1 Basics
The specific objectives of this course are to provide current users of Excel with useful tricks and tips and more efficient methods for working with data in a workbook. Graphics & Web Development
Introduction to Adobe Lightroom CC
This course will teach students basic features in Adobe Lightroom software to prepare and edit images for print and digital media. Students will learn to save, organize, transform, and apply corrections using the desktop and web versions of the application. Programming with Python
PCEP™ – Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer certification is a professional credential that measures the ability to accomplish coding tasks related to the essentials of programming in the Python language.
Python is a flexible, easy to understand language for beginners. This course teaches the basic and intermediate concepts of computer programming. The course is designed for beginning programmers and will teach concepts of all programming languages. Topics included in this course are software, hardware, interacting with software to produce simple programs using computations and numbers, including objects and graphics, working with lists and files, functions, and loops. Topics will also include decision structures, Boolean's, simulation, data collection, and object-oriented design. In addition to preparing a student for the certification, this course will prepare students to continue on to more advanced programming languages.

Introduction to Coding
After taking this course, you will be introduced to the basics of computer programming and various programming languages. New technologies allow people outside the computer science field to be able to create their own web pages using coding. Students will learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in this course, as well as the practical uses for each. PC Troubleshooting & Repair
PC Troubleshooting & Repair I
Learn to diagnose, identify, and repair failing components of personal computers. Topics include diagnostic techniques for identifying hardware and Windows related problems and repair. Learn the techniques used in determining when updates and upgrades are appropriate. This is a hands-on class emphasizing the diagnoses and repair of personal computers.

PC Troubleshooting & Repair II
Building on the skills learned in PC Troubleshooting and Repair I, this course is designed to teach you common error messages, their meaning, and the appropriate course of action. Installing and configuring Windows and basic networking is also discussed. System analysis, isolation, and problem determination procedures as well as diagnosis of common faults are examined and error codes are explained.
Prerequisite: PC Troubleshooting and Repair I

Laptop Troubleshooting and Repair
You will learn to install and maintain laptop hardware and software systems. You will learn to diagnose and repair laptop components and functions and learn to solve failures when they occur. Previous PC Troubleshooting and Repair classes are not a prerequisite for this class.

Professional Computer Technology Certifications
CompTIA A+: A Comprehensive Approach
Certification Exam Target: 220-1101 and 220-1102
If you are getting ready for a career as an entry-level information technology (IT) professional or personal computer (PC) service technician, the CompTIA® A+® course is the first step in your preparation. The course will build on your existing user-level knowledge and experience with personal computer software and hardware to present fundamental skills and concepts that you will use on the job. In this course, you will acquire the essential skills and information you will need to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems.
The CompTIA A+ course can benefit you in two ways: Whether you work or plan to work in a mobile or corporate environment where you have a high level of face-to-face customer interaction, where client communication and client training are important, or in an environment with limited customer interaction and an emphasis on hardware activities, this course provides the background knowledge and skills you will require to be a successful A+ technician. It can also assist you if you are preparing to take the CompTIA A+ certification examinations, objectives (exam numbers 220-1101, 220-1102), in order to become a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional. Prerequisite: None.

Comp TIA Network+ Certification
This courses is intended for entry-level computer support professionals with a basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems who wish to increase their knowledge and understanding of networking concepts and acquire the required skills to prepare for a career in network support or administration, or who wish to prepare for the CompTIA Network+ certification. A typical student taking the CompTIA® Network+® (Exam N10-008) course should have a minimum of nine months of professional computer support experience as a PC or help desk technician.
After taking this course, students will understand the field of network security and how it relates to other areas of information technology. This course also provides the broad-based knowledge necessary to prepare for further study in specialized security fields, or it can serve as a capstone course that introduces the field.
Prerequisite: Networking experience is helpful but not mandatory; A+ certification or equivalent skills and knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.

CompTIA Security +/Cybersecurity Analyst Certification Bundle
Cyber threat detection requires specific training that is currently in high demand in any size organization of any type of industry. The CompTIA Security+/Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA) certification course is targeted to those students who want to build their career in IT security domain. This course will be structured toward the CompTIA Security+®, SY0-601 and CySA+®, CS0-003 exam materials to assist students in preparing for the exams.
