Thirty years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing management, and maintenance management in the textile and apparel industry. His areas of expertise include engineering, training, and industrial maintenance, as well as training experience in industrial safety and industrial management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University, and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.

Twenty-year manufacturing management career with Procter & Gamble working in production management, logistics, and quality assurance assignments in FDA regulated consumer product manufacturing facilities in North Carolina, Missouri, and Ohio. Therese holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, a graduate degree in Technology Education from N.C. A&T State University, and a Technical Professional Communications Certificate from East Carolina University. She instructed an undergraduate professional communications course in Guilford College for 5 years, and has been an active “adult learning facilitator” in Guilford and Randolph counties through adjunct roles with Randolph Community College and Guilford Technical Community College, and as an independent trainer. Therese enjoys facilitating team development, leadership, first-time supervision, and communications training. She is certified to administer and train Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessments.
